Where is my order?
You don’t need us for that. Open Track your order, enter your order number and the phone number you ordered with, and you’ll see the courier’s latest scan. The same page lets you cancel an order that hasn’t shipped, or raise a return after delivery.
Message us on WhatsApp— usually the quickest way to get an answer, and the easiest way to send a photo if a piece arrived damaged.
