Please read these terms before using rimshawear.com (the “Service”), operated by Rimsha Wear (“we”, “us”, “our”). Using the site means you accept them. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please don’t use the site.
Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we confirm it by email. Until then we may decline or cancel it — for instance if a piece turns out to be out of stock, if a price was listed wrongly, or if the delivery address can’t be served. If you have already paid for an order we cancel, you get the full amount back.
You do not need an account to shop. Orders are looked up with the order number and the phone number used to place them.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Card, UPI and net banking payments are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI credentials. Cash on delivery is available where the courier supports it. We may change prices and offers at any time, but never for an order already confirmed.
Delivery
Orders ship from Noida through our courier partners. Delivery timelines shown anywhere on the site are estimates, not guarantees — weather, strikes and the courier’s own delays are outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns
Returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Product photographs
We photograph what we sell, but colours can look different from one screen to another, and handwork means small variations between pieces. A slight difference of this kind is not a defect. If what arrived isn’t what you ordered, that is, and we’ll put it right.
Using the site properly
Please don’t attempt to break into, overload or scrape the site, place fraudulent orders, or post reviews that aren’t your own honest experience. We may refuse service, remove content, or cancel orders where any of this happens.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, photographs and features are the property of Rimsha Wear and its licensors, and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
Links to other sites
The site links to services we don’t own or control, such as our social media pages and our courier’s tracking. We aren’t responsible for their content or their policies, and we suggest you read the terms of any site you visit from here.
Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent the law allows, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If any provision is found invalid, the rest stays in force, and our not enforcing a right on one occasion doesn’t waive it.
Changes
We may update these terms. Where a change is material we will try to give at least 15 days’ notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site afterwards means you accept the revised terms.
